The electronic absolute value encoder induction plate passes through a motor rotating shaft and is fixedly connected to a motor end cap. The magnet ring is arranged between the electronic absolute value encoder induction plate and a raster sheet, passes through the motor rotating shaft and is fixedly connected to the raster sheet. The magnetic induction switches and the magnet ring are arranged oppositely. There are not less than three magnetic induction switches. A standby cell output terminal is electrically connected to the magnetic induction switches.
