The method comprises the steps that file feature analysis is performed on to-be-stored files to acquire file feature values of the to-be-stored files; a storage apparatus generates a file feature value record according to the file feature values of the to-be-stored files and stores the file feature value record and the corresponding relation between the file feature value record and the to-be-stored files to a preset mapping table; when receiving a data management command of a storage server, the storage apparatus generates a condition file feature value corresponding to the data management command, wherein the condition file feature value is used for representing query conditions corresponding to the data management command; the storage apparatus matches the condition file feature value and the file feature value record in the preset mapping table to acquire a file name of a required target file or a physical address of a target file. The method, the apparatus and the system can effectively reduce loads of storage service and prevent performance decrease of a data storage server caused by excessive loads.
