Problems solved by technology

However, the above-mentioned devices of these patents all use components such as refrigerating cabinets, DC power supplies and electrolytic cells. They need to be assembled before use, and the devices need to be disassembled and cleaned after the test. It is extremely inconvenient to use, and the operators need to undergo special training. Due to the volatilization of the electrolyte during the operation process, it is necessary to manually add the electrolyte many times, which also causes great inconvenience to the operation.

Abstract

The invention provides integrated apparatus and method for extracting second-phase particles in steel through electrolysis, and belongs to the technical field of metal physic researching. The apparatus includes a main control device, a DC power supply, a refrigerating compressor, an electrolyte auto-injection system, an electrolysis fixture, and an ultrasonic device, all of the units integrated together through a stainless steel housing. The main control device can automatically control the refrigerating compressor to perform refrigeration, on / off of electrolysis, and start and stop of the electrolyte auto-injection system and the ultrasonic device; the electrolysis fixture is used for mounting a sample; and the DC power supply supplies power to the electrolysis process. The DC power supply, the refrigerating compressor and the ultrasonic device are integrated with combination of the electrolyte auto-injection system, so that experiment process and difficult are greatly reduced, and operability and normalization of experiment are improved; especially, by means of ultrasonic wave, the second-phase particles on a surface of the sample can enter an electrolyte timely, thus improving electrolysis efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of metal physics research, in particular to an integrated device and method for electrolytically extracting second-phase particles in steel. Background technique [0002] The type, shape, size and distribution of micron-sized non-metallic inclusions in metal alloys such as steel will have varying degrees of negative effects on the mechanical properties, service life, and surface quality of finished products, while nano-sized second-phase particles can It has the effect of enhancing the strength and toughness of the alloy. Therefore, the accurate detection of non-metallic inclusions and second-phase particles in metal materials such as steel has very important guiding significance for accurately determining the resulting material properties and improving the added value of materials. [0003] At present, the methods for separating and detecting non-metallic inclusions in steel mainly include traditional meta...
