The uniform calcining kiln device solves the problems that a traditional similar device is not uniform in calcining and low in efficiency, by means of the stirring function of a stirrer structure, continuous mixing operation during calcining is achieved, uniformity of calcining is improved, and the cost is reduced; by means of cooperative work of stirring blocks and stirring blades, the materials are sufficiently calcined more effectively; and the uniform calcining kiln device has the beneficial effects of being high in structural stability and maneuverability and good in calcining effect.
