Embodiment Construction

[0050] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing, scheme of the present invention is clearly and completely described, as attached figure 1 , the smart grid self-adaptive economic scheduling allocation method in the present invention can be divided into two sub-stages for implementation in each power scheduling period T, and the time interval corresponds to the attached figure 1 Middle T 1 , T 2 stage, the specific implementation steps are as follows:

[0051] Step 1: see attached figure 2 , assuming that the system contains N economic dispatch units, respectively 1, 2,...,N. Let the current actual output of unit i be P Gi (t), the upper and lower bounds of unit output are Unit output adjustment power is ΔP Gi (t). Let the current load power consumption of the system be P D (t), then the system power mismatch can be obtained as ΔP(t)= First define the consistency variable r for each unit i (t) is the ratio of its adjusted power to its maximum adjustable capac...

Abstract

The invention discloses a smart grid adaptive economic dispatching and distributing method which mainly comprises two stages. At the beginning of each economic dispatching period, the initialized power output of each unit is found through adopting a leader-follower consistency control protocol so as to realize the balance of supply and demand of a smart grid; and in the second stage, the optimal power dispatching among the units under a condition that the communication uncertainty is contained is realized through executing an adaptive parameter containing distributed consistency protocol, and different distributed adaptive consistency protocols are provided in allusion to two circumstances that the unit adjustment capacity is not restricted and that the unit adjustment capacity is restricted in the second stage. The method disclosed by the invention can be used for solving a problem of unit economic dispatching meeting the balance of supply and demand of the smart grid in the presence of restricted communication, data loss and an attack environment, can eliminate influences imposed on the optimal electric power dispatching by a type of bounded communication uncertainties, and provides a new idea for electric power economic dispatching in the presence of communication uncertainty.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of electric power system automation, and relates to a smart grid self-adaptive economic scheduling distribution method. Background technique [0002] A smart grid is a power and communication network that includes a variety of monitoring, control, and implementation devices, including smart components (smart meters, smart appliances), traditional units, renewable energy, energy storage, and various loads. Recently, operators have started to transform their operations from centralized management to distributed or decentralized management in response to the increasing scale of smart grids. [0003] In the smart grid, the optimal economic dispatch control strategy has always been the focus of the industry and academia. The goal of optimal economic dispatch is to find the optimal output of generating units under the constraints of network and units, satisfy the power demand and minimize the cost of total power generation...
