The invention provides a ground water vulnerability evaluation result check method and can check validity and reliability of a ground water vulnerability evaluation result. The method comprises steps that a), a vulnerability zone with highest concentration of pollutant and a vulnerability zone with lowest concentration are determined; b), an average pollutant concentration of each ground water vulnerability grade is determined; c), a correlation degree between pollutant concentration and a ground water vulnerability index is calculated; d), through variance statistics F check, a statistical magnitude F value is determined; and e), the ground water pollutant concentration and the ground water vulnerability evaluation result are divided into same-quantity grades, an absolute value of a grade difference value is calculated; according to the a), b), c), d) and e) steps, comprehensive comparison and analysis on the ground water vulnerability evaluation result is carried out, and an evaluation result is reliable.
