Problems solved by technology

There are few reports on the effect of adding choline chloride in feed on the lecithin content in eggs, and the results of the limited reports are not consistent
At the same time, due to the limitation of economic cost and breeding conditions, farmers do not have the possibility to systematically compare the pros and cons of adding and not adding choline chloride

Embodiment 1

[0033] The experimental effect research of embodiment 1 choline chloride application in laying hen feed (22 weeks old-46 weeks old, 24 weeks)

[0034] (1) Research plan

[0035] 1. Test material

[0036] White crystals of choline chloride were provided by Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Beijing Co., Ltd. Purity≥98.0%.

[0037] 2. Feed formula

[0038] The basal diet was prepared according to NRC (1994) laying hen feeding standards. For other rations, choline chloride was added to the basal ration by dosage. The composition and nutrient composition of the diet are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 2

[0132] The experimental effect research of embodiment 2 choline chloride application in laying hen feed (19 weeks old-68 weeks old, 49 weeks)

[0133] (1) Materials and methods

[0134] 1. Experimental design

[0135] A total of 540 19-week-old healthy Hai-Line brown layer hens with similar body weight were randomly divided into 6 groups, and the supplementation levels of choline chloride were 0 (control group), 500, 1000, 2000, 4000 and 8000 mg / kg. There were 6 replicates in each group, and 15 chickens in each replicate. The feeding cycle is divided into two stages: the first stage of the experiment (19-58 weeks old), and the second stage of the experiment (59-68 weeks old).

[0136] 2. Test diet

[0137] The experimental basal diet was formulated with reference to NRC (1994), and the composition and nutritional components of the diet were shown in Tables 18 and 19. Choline chloride (AR, purity ≥ 98.0%) was produced by Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd.

Abstract

The invention provides a cultivation method of laying hens in egg laying periods. The scheme comprises the steps of 1) adding 0-16000 mg / kg of choline chloride to feeds fed to the 19-58 week-old laying hens; and 2) adding 0-16000 mg / kg of choline chloride to feeds fed to the laying hens equal to or greater than 59 weed old. The feeds are corn-soybean meal feeds. According to the method, the choline chloride is used correctly, reasonably and targetedly according to the need, laying performance of the laying hens and quality of the laid eggs are improved, and economic benefits of laying hen cultivation are also effectively increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of laying hens, in particular to a method for using choline chloride as a feed additive for breeding laying hens. Background technique [0002] As a methyl donor and lipophilic factor, choline’s nutritional role was proposed in the 1930s. From the 1940s to the 1980s, foreign scholars successively studied the effects of choline on the prevention of chondrosis and fatty liver in laying hens. Egg production rate, egg weight and its safety limit have been studied. In the last ten years, there have been occasional studies on the effect of adding choline chloride on egg lecithin deposition. Since the 1990s, Chinese scholars have also evaluated the effect of choline from the perspectives of production performance, fatty liver, and egg lecithin deposition. In the process of analyzing and comparing various scientific research documents, the inventors of the present application found that although the effect of addin...
