[0011] sliding motion inhibition test
[0012] The standard strain of Clostridium perfringens ATCC13124 was anaerobically cultured in liquid BHI medium at 37°C for 12 hours, and then 300 μl of the culture was taken to continue culture in liquid BHI, and cultured anaerobically at 37°C for 5 hours. Take 1ml of the culture, centrifuge at 10,000g to discard the supernatant, resuspend the bacteria in 500μl of BHI liquid medium, and make it double concentrated. Afterwards, 5 μl of the concentrated bacterial solution was added dropwise to 0.7% BHIA plates containing 4 μg / ml and 16 μg / ml phloretin, which were prepared in advance and dried in an oven at 37° C. for 1 hour, cultured anaerobically at 37° C. for 48 hours, and images were collected ( attached figure 2 ). The results showed that both 4μg / ml and 16μg / ml phloretin could significantly inhibit the sliding movement of Clostridium perfringens on BHIA, and the effect of 16μg / ml phloretin was more obvious.
