Abstract

The invention relates to an asexual propagation method of hizikia fusiforme. The method comprises the following steps that (1) healthy unripe hizikia fusiforme is selected, and washed for multiple times and then the washed hizikia fusiforme is flushed with disinfectant seawater to remove parasitic protozoa and adnascent hybrid seaweeds on the surfaces of fronds; after being cultured with the disinfectant seawater for one week, the healthy unripe hizikia fusiforme is washed repeatedly until no hybrid seaweeds exist on the surface of the fronds through microscopic examination; and the washed-repeatedly hizikia fusiforme is soaked in a solution KI of 1.5% for 10min, the soaked hizikia fusiforme is washed with the disinfectant seawater for three times, the washed hizikia fusiforme is soaked with alcohol of 70% for 10s, and then the soaked hizikia fusiforme is washed with the disinfectant seawater for three times; (2) the treated hizikia fusiforme fronds are cut into segments of 2-4mm by using a surgical blade, the hizikia fusiforme segments are cultured in a PES culture solution containing 0.25mg / mL of 6-BA in darkness for 7 days; and (3) the culture conditions are changed as follows: the temperature is 17 DEG C, the illumination intensity is 10+ / -2[mu]E.m<-2>.s<-1>, and the photoperiod is 16h:8h (Light:Dark).
