Abstract

The invention provides a method of acquiring the apparent resistivity from arbitrary horizontal electric field component, comprising the following steps: sending a current signal to a target area to be tested; acquiring the measured value of potential difference between two measurement electrodes in the target area to be tested according to a feedback response signal generated by the target area to be tested to the current signal; building an electromagnetic effect function based on position information of two power supply electrodes and the two measurement electrodes; based on the electromagnetic effect function, building a relation function used to calculate the calculated value of potential difference between the two measurement electrodes; and iteratively calculating the relationship function until the difference between the calculated value of potential difference and the measured value of potential difference satisfies the precision requirement, so as to acquire the apparent resistivity. Human error can be reduced effectively, and the arrangement flexibility and efficiency of the measurement electrodes in the target area to be tested can be improved.
