Abstract

The application provides a user credibility computation method and device. The user credibility computation method comprises the following steps that feature information of a user to be detected is input into a preset credibility model, wherein the preset credibility model is obtained after training by use of the feature information with calibrated credibility level and takes the feature information as input and the credibility level as output, and the feature information comprises personal information features and network information features; and after computation of the preset credibility model, the credibility level of the user to be detected is outputted. According to the application, the credibility model can comprehensively consider two factors. Compared with the prior art that only one factor is considered, the user credibility computation method has the advantages that as the analysis and treatment factors are increased, the preset credibility model can represent the relationship between the feature information and a classification label more accurately. Therefore, the user credibility computed by the preset credibility model is more accurate.
