The machine comprises a distinguishing device, a transmission device, a moving-out device and a control device; blood collection tubes move in the transmission device along the specified path, the distinguishing device distinguishes the blood collection tubes and outputs distinguishing data to the control device, the distinguishing data are compared with preset standard distinguishing data in the control device, and a determined control instruction is output to the moving-out device; the moving-out device moves the corresponding blood collection tubes out of the transmission device according to the control instruction. According to the blood collection tube sorting machine, the blood collection tubes are distinguished through the distinguishing device, according to the distinguishing signal, the corresponding moving-out device is controlled to move the blood collection tubes out of the transmission device at the proper position, and therefore blood collection tubes of different distinguishing characteristics can be sorted.
