The detecting system comprises a supporting mechanism, a light source mechanism, an imaging mechanism and a processor, wherein the supporting mechanism is provided with at least two light outlets and one or more light inlets, at least two mounting cavities and one or more reference cavities are formed in the supporting mechanism, one ends of the mounting cavities and one ends of the reference cavities communicate with the light inlets separately, and the other ends of the mounting cavities and the other ends of the reference cavities are in one-to-one correspondence with the light outlets and communicate with the light outlets; a light transmitting container is inserted in each of the mounting cavities; the light source mechanism is used for supplying light sources with needed colors for the inner parts of the mounting cavities and the inner parts of the reference cavities through the light inlets separately; through the light outlets, the imaging mechanism is used for photographing images of a solution to be detected illuminated by the light sources and the reference cavities which are illuminated by the light sources; the processer acquires image information according to the imaging mechanism to obtain an absorbance value of the solution to be detected in each mounting cavity.
