The management and control platform comprises a data receiving module, a data processing module, and a data outputting module wherein the output end of the user data comparing module is connected with a correction module. According to the invention, users' driving data are mined and processed to obtain a travel route corrected default value. Based on the processing and analyzing of large amounts of user data, the travel path for the users is corrected to be the most accurate possible. With a simple structure, the system provides reliable performances.
