The dry powder extinguishing agent jetting device comprises four cross-shaped distribution pipes, metal supports which are mounted under the tail ends of the distribution pipes, a distributor which is arranged in the intersection position of the four distribution pipes and an annular metal reinforcing rib which is connected with the four distribution pipes. The upper port of each distribution pipe communicates with the distributor. The tail ends of the four distribution pipes are closed, accordingly a concentric circle is formed. Dry powder extinguishing agent jetting pipe orifices with the openings being perpendicularly formed downward are arranged at same intervals in the length directions of the distribution pipes. The conveying steel pipe located at the output end of the emanation powder-pumping device is connected with the dry powder extinguishing agent distributor through a metal flexible pipe. According to the cross-shaped dry powder extinguishing cover system, an extinguishing agent is jetted concentratedly in the area near the roots of combustion flame, so that a fire of leakage combustibles of an underground pipe network can be extinguished rapidly and effectively.
