Problems solved by technology

On such a road surface, it takes time to determine whether the road surface is not good, and sometimes the response of the oil pressure is delayed, and the control of the clamping pressure is delayed, and there is a problem of slipping between the belt and the pulley.

Embodiment Construction

[0014] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In this specification, "good road surface" refers to paved roads such as asphalt and concrete, and "poor road surface" refers to all unpaved road surfaces such as sandy soil roads and stone roads. Bad roads also include roads where there are obstacles such as large stones, woods, and curbs in the direction of travel, or where the road surface is sunken, where the road surface has severe unevenness, and where sudden torque is input from the drive wheels to the transmission. The so-called "sudden torque" refers to the sudden large torque temporarily input from the drive wheels to the transmission when the vehicle drives over an obstacle, or when the idling drive wheels touch the ground after overcoming an obstacle.

Abstract

A controller for a continuously variable transmission (1) is provided with: a wheel speed sensor (21F) for detecting the rotational speed of a driving wheel; a wheel speed sensor (21R) for detecting the rotational speed of a driven wheel; and a transmission controller (12). When the wheel speed difference between the driving wheel and the driven wheel is equal to or greater than a start determination threshold value, the transmission controller (12) determines the road surface being travelled to be a bad road (S1) and then increases the clamping force of the continuously variable transmission (1) (S2). When a vehicle speed vibration is detected on the basis of a detection value acquired by the wheel speed sensor (21R), and it is found that the wheel speed difference is equal to or less than a release determination threshold value (S3) and the detected vibration is equal to or less than a predetermined vibration value (S5), the transmission controller (12) reduces the raised clamping force (S8).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a control device of a continuously variable transmission. Background technique [0002] As a technology for accurately determining the road surface state and controlling the clamping pressure of the belt-type continuously variable transmission suitable for the actual road surface state, there is a technology described in Patent Document 1. Specifically, a band-pass filter process is performed on the detected value of the rotational speed of the driving wheels, a value obtained by this process is integrated over time, and the road surface state is determined based on the total time integrated value. When it is determined that the road surface state is not a good road surface, and when it is determined that the road surface is good, the clamping pressure is increased. [0003] However, in order to correctly determine the state of the road surface, the detection value is processed with a band-pass filter and integrated over time....
