The method includes steps: (1) establishing a system required by the method, wherein the system comprises a multi-tenant access control center, monitoring scheduling, a spatial service pool, storage resources and calculating resources; (2) deploying the multi-tenant access control center; (3) establishing monitoring scheduling; (4) establishing the spatial service pool; (5) establishing the storage resources; and (6) establishing the calculating resources. According to the method, the resource usage condition of the power grid geographic information spatial service system by each tenant can be effectively measured by employing a multi-tenant technology, business application scenes occupying more calculating resources can be improved in a targeted manner, the breakdown of the whole power grid spatial information service system is avoided through quota control of the tenants, and the power grid spatial service system provides unified management of managed data and permission control of access.
