The invention discloses a coupon intelligent management system which comprises the components of a consumption recording module which is used for recording goods which are purchased by a user account each time, the number of goods, unit prices of the goods and a consumption sum; a coupon generating module which comprises a weight endowing module, a coupon point number calculating module and a coupon distributing module, wherein the weight endowing module is used for endowing different weights for different goods, the coupon point number calculating module is used for calculating an exchange point number of the user after each time of consumption, and the coupon distributing module is used for generating an exchange coupon which comprises the exchange point number; and an account number management module which is used for recording the use condition of the exchange coupon, and on the condition that n continuous exchange coupons are not exchanged to sample goods, the account number management module is used for combining the exchange point numbers of the n exchange coupons for generating a consumption coupon which comprises a consumption point number. The coupon intelligent management system can promote consumption of the user on a specific goods and can reduce wastage of the exchange coupons. Furthermore the coupon intelligent management system more accords with the consumption habit of the user.
