Problems solved by technology

The motor has no hardware self-test signal, and the traditional detection module does not automatically detect the motor. Usually, after the product is found to be working abnormally, a separate detection program is written to determine whether the motor is working normally through human observation, which is time-consuming and laborious.
Once the scanning mechanism is installed in the product, it will not test the uniformity of the friction torque of the shaft system. When the product is installed on the test turntable or after the aircraft finds that the product accuracy is not good, it will cost a lot of money to test the friction torque of the shaft system. manpower and time

Embodiment Construction

[0017] Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, and the embodiments are exemplary and intended to explain the present invention, but should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

[0018] The invention proposes a self-inspection method for the control system of the rotating mechanism in the airborne photoelectric detection equipment, which is directly embedded in the follow-up control program of the rotating mechanism of the airborne photoelectric detection equipment. The results are reported to the task machine. Among them, the angle-measuring code disc, speed-measuring gyroscope, power supply board, and power amplifier board all have hardware self-inspection signals. By reading the hardware self-inspection signal, it is judged whether it is working normally; the motor has no self-inspection signal. On the basis of the normal operation of the board, apply a positive force to the motor. If it is detected that the angle of the code disc i...

Abstract

The invention provides a self-detection method for a rotating mechanism control system in an airborne photoelectric detection device. The method comprises the self-detection of a control element, a control circuit board and the shafting friction moment uniformity. An angle measurement coded disc, a speed measurement gyro, a power supply board and a power amplifier board are provided with hardware self-detection signals. Whether the work is normal is judged by reading a hardware self-detection signal. A motor does not have a self-detection signal. On the basis of normal work of the angle measurement coded disc, the power supply board and the power amplifier board, a positive force is applied to the motor. If increased coded disc angle is detected, the motor is normally works. When the motor is detected, the coded disc differential speed is calculated in real time. If the differential speed of a position is less than a certain threshold, the friction torque of the position is too large. Through the detection method, whether all parts of the control system normally work can be quickly acquired, so as to timely carry out abnormal protection measures; the fault detection time is reduced; and the detection efficiency is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of photoelectric detection, in particular to a self-detection method for a rotating mechanism control system in an airborne photoelectric detection device. Background technique [0002] The scanning mechanism of the airborne photoelectric detection equipment control system is a rotating mechanism. The self-test of the control system includes the self-test of the control element, the control circuit board and the uniformity of the friction torque of the shaft system. The control element includes the motor, the speed measuring gyroscope and the angle measuring code. The control circuit board includes the power supply board and the power amplifier board, and the friction torque uniformity of the shaft system is used to detect the friction torque at each position. The motor has no hardware self-test signal, and the traditional detection module does not automatically detect the motor. Usually, after the product i...
