A first ventilation port is arranged between the upper fixed glass sheet and the middle fixed glass sheet, a second ventilation port is arranged between the middle fixed glass sheet and the lower fixed glass sheet, the upper movable glass sheet is arranged at the position of the first ventilation port, the lower movable glass sheet is arranged at the position of the second ventilation port, and the upper movable glass sheet and the lower movable glass sheet are connected with a push device. When the outdoor temperature is high in winter, the system can shut down a heating function of the air conditioner; when the indoor temperature is low in summer, the system can choose to shut down a refrigerating function of the air conditioner; and thus energy consumption is greatly reduced.
