Abstract

The invention discloses a system and method for advanced treatment of industrial sewage. The system comprises a charcoal preparation pool, a stirring pool, a blower, a primary charcoal water separator, a buffer pool, a secondary charcoal water separator, a filter-press device, a charcoal regeneration device, a soaking device and a roasting device. Tail water of an industrial sewage treatment plant is sent into the stirring pool to be fully mixed with powdered activated carbon; charcoal water of the stirring pool flows back to the primary charcoal water separator; part of charcoal pulp separated out of the primary charcoal water separator flows back to the stirring pool, another part of the charcoal pulp is discharged to the filter-press device to be dehydrated and then sent into the charcoal regeneration device and the charcoal preparation pool, and separated water is sent into the buffer pool; original charcoal and soaking liquid are fully mixed and soaked, and are dried and roasted in the roasting device and then sent into the charcoal preparation pool; water in the buffer pool and powdered activated carbon water in the charcoal preparation pool are sent into the secondary charcoal water separator, separated water meets the standard and is discharged, and the separated charcoal pulp flows back to the stirring pool.
