Meanwhile, with a practical radar system, the searching flow is divided into a target detection flow and a target confirmation flow by using a two-out-of-two rule under the practical circumstance that the radar beam direction and the processing beam position of the signal processing machine are not synchronous; and the target confirmation flow does not need to be executed until a target is detected at the target detection flow. According to the invention, starting or stopping of the mechanism during the searching period is not required; the service life of the mechanism and the airspace searching speed are increased effectively; and the method is especially suitable for the rapid airspace searching field of the effective load on the satellite-borne application platform with limited resources.
