The platform constituently comprises a platform main body and four pile legs, wherein the four pile legs are connected with the platform main body through hydraulic lifting devices; a submarine oil pipeline vertical pipe is arranged along a height direction of one pile leg; the platform main body is provided with fixing winches and positioning anchors which are respectively arranged outside the pile legs; the platform main body is provided with a multi-way valve, a multiphase flowmeter, a water injection manifold, a water injection filter, a wellhead control disk, an industrial switch, an electric submersible pump junction box, a submarine cable junction box, a lifting hydraulic station, an electrical winch, an electrical remote-control gangway ladder, oil and gas production equipment and a wellhead supporting structure; the wellhead supporting structure is connected with a conductor tube; a wellhead Christmas tree is arranged on the upper end of the conductor tube; the lower end of the conductor tube drills into a submarine designated position, and is fixed by utilization of an underwater wellhead template.
