Abstract

The method comprises a step of soaking the Canada poplar with the rooting agent, wherein the rooting agent comprises the following ingredients: heteroauxin, ABT rooting powder II, ammonium bicarbonate, a soil activating agent, a controlled-release agent, caryophyllene, the banana peel extract, phosphorus feldspar powder, alum powder, pig spleen carnosine powder, tartaric acid, wood vinegar, codfish meat powder, brassinolide, an anti-blocking agent and pericarpium citri reticulatae. The original soil planting method is capable of improving the peroxidase content of a root system; compared with a control group, the increase rate of the peroxidase content of the root system is 4.8 to 6.6%, meanwhile the average root diameter of new roots is increased, and the average root diameter of new roots within 20 days is 6.4 to 8.1mm.
