Abstract

The invention provides an electricity utilization information acquisition system which comprises a concentrator and first to N acquirers. Single-core plastic optical fibers serve as transmission channels among the concentrator and the acquirers, and the concentrator is connected with the acquirers in a closed-loop serial mode, so that closed-loop communication is achieved. As the concentrator and the acquirers are in closed-loop communication when data communication is performed, the concentrator can issue and acquire data commands through two paths (an anticlockwise direction and a clockwise direction form a single-core half-duplex channel), when a certain communication line breaks down, the acquirers can continue transmitting output data commands to a target acquirer and receive a feedback result through the other path, so that incapability of acquiring data due to breakdown of a certain point or disconnection is avoided, large reduction of failure rate and meter reading rate is avoided, and the reading efficiency of electric energy meters is greatly improved.
