Problems solved by technology

However, high-temperature molten injection molding raw materials need to be cooled and solidified in the mold, and because the heat transfer rate in the injection plastic is inconsistent, the injection plastic on the surface cools and hardens first and then solidifies, and the center part of the injection plastic cools slowly. During the cooling process, it gradually shrinks, and the shrinkage force generated during shrinkage pulls the injection material inward, which can easily lead to deformation and collapse of the surface of the formed injection molded part
This will not only affect the production yield and aesthetics of the formed hemming structure, but may also cause the hemming structure to not be well installed in the car body or affect the assembly between the hemming structure and other components

Embodiment Construction

[0017] The existing hemming structure is generally an injection molded part, and the injection molded part formed by the injection molding process needs to be cooled and solidified in the mold. But please refer to figure 1 As shown, it is a schematic diagram of the injection molded part 10 formed in the prior art. During the cooling process of the injection molded part 10, the injection molded part 10 will shrink to a certain extent due to the problem of thermal expansion coefficient. Specifically, due to the faster heat transfer on the surface of the injection molded part 10, the injection molded part 10 is cooled faster and solidified; in contrast, the central part of the injection molded part 10 (please refer to figure 1 The part in the middle frame 12) cools slowly due to slow heat transfer, and the central part of the injection molded part 10 shrinks gradually during the cooling process to generate a pulling force on the surface of the injection molded part 10 (please ref...

Abstract

The invention provides an injection-molded part, a forming method thereof, an edge covering structure and a vehicle window. The injection-molded part comprises a body part. The body part comprises a first part, a second part opposite to the first part, and a middle part located between the first part and the second part. The injection-molded part further comprises a plurality of gaps at least distributed in the middle part. The gaps are filled with buffer particles. The forming method of the injection-molded part comprises the steps that injection molding raw materials are provided; the buffer particles are mixed into the injection molding raw materials; the injection-molded raw materials are fused into an injection molding material; the injection molding material mixed with the buffer particles is injected into a mold; and in the cooling contraction process of the injection molding material, the part, not in contact with the side wall of the mold, of injection molding material is separated from the buffer particles, the gaps are formed, and thus the injection-molded part is formed. The injection-molded part, the forming method thereof, the edge covering structure and the vehicle window have the beneficial effects that the formed gaps can be used for reducing or counteracting deformation and collapse of the surface of the injection-molded part to a certain extent, and accordingly the production yield of the formed injection-molded part can be increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of automobiles, in particular to an injection molded part, a forming method thereof, an edge wrapping structure and a vehicle window. Background technique [0002] In order to improve the sealing performance of the vehicle window so that the vehicle window can be better installed and fixed in the vehicle body, in the prior art, an encapsulation structure with a sealing effect is provided between the vehicle body and the vehicle window. [0003] The existing hemming structure is generally an injection molded part formed by injection molding process, that is to say, the injection molding raw material needs to be melted and poured into a mold to be formed and cooled to form an injection molded part. However, high-temperature molten injection molding raw materials need to be cooled and solidified in the mold, and because the heat transfer rate in the injection plastic is inconsistent, the injection plastic on the surface ...
