Abstract

A method which enables strengthening muscles in an extremely efficient manner is provided. This muscle training method involves winding a belt around at least one of the user's arms and legs, and allowing the user to exercise in water while a specific pressure is applied to restrict but not stop blood flow in the user's muscles. Appropriate restriction of blood flow to the user's muscles results in encouraging growth hormone secretion in the user and efficiently applying a load with less movement than that required on land, and the synergistic action of these two results makes it possible to increase muscle strength extremely easily.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a muscle training method. Background technique [0002] A KAATSU muscle strength training method for efficiently strengthening muscles by applying a load to the muscles by appropriately restricting blood flow has been proposed and put into practical use (for example, refer to Patent Document 1). In the muscle strength training method, a muscle strengthening device is used which applies pressure to muscles by tightening a tightening member on a predetermined part of the user's limbs (arm or leg). [0003] prior art literature [0004] patent documents [0005] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent No. 2670421. Contents of the invention [0006] The technical problem to be solved by the invention [0007] However, methods of exercise and rehabilitation involving the use of resistance and buoyancy created in water have been proposed today. As the underwater exercise methods used by athletes in the past, there are metho...
