Abstract

The present invention provides applications of the tauroursodeoxycholic acid in preparation of drugs for treatment of acute lung injury and pulmonary fibrosis, such that the application range of the tauroursodeoxycholic acid is broadened, and the new drug selection is provided for the virus infection patients. According to the present invention, it is confirmed that the tauroursodeoxycholic acid can effectively prevent and treat H5N1 avian influenza virus, human adenovirus and Zaire-type Ebola virus, and it is cleared that the pulmonary fibrosis prevention and control effect of the tauroursodeoxycholic acid is superior to the pulmonary fibrosis prevention and control effect of the chloroquine.
