Each of the two water sucking mechanisms comprises a pump body and a piston arranged in the pump body, and the pistons are connected with the two end portions of the pedal plate through connecting rods. Each piston is provided with a one-way check valve. A one-way water stop valve is arranged at the bottom of each pump body. Water inlets of the two pump bodies are connected with each other through a water inlet branch pipe and then connected with a water inlet manifold. Upper pump chamber water outlets of the two pump bodies are connected with a water outlet manifold after being connected with each other through a water outlet branch pipe.
