Meanwhile the invention provides a device which applies the above method, comprising a video input module, used for acquiring the input audio and video information, and converting the audio and video information into digital information if the acquired input audio and video are analog information; a video content detection module; a wireless data transmission module; a video output control module; and a power supply module. The method can filter the video information output from the multimedia terminal device in real time, and immediately give an alarm and close the video stream when finding the porn video, thus being capable of avoiding baneful influence caused by long-time spreading and diffusion of the porn audio and video.
