The invention discloses an automatic generating and matching method of bookbinding data. The method comprises the following steps: mapping a data meta-structure into a bookbinding data template file according to a line sequence, and keeping a variable name, a variable type, a variable annotation and a variable classification constant; then, inputting data contents, and obtaining the benchmark data and the relative offset data of a bookbinding data input file according to data classification; and then, according to the bookbinding data input file, automatically generating a bookbinding data result file, and using the source code of the bookbinding data to guarantee the correctness and the consistency of the format, the order and the contents of the read bookbinding data through a checkout matching algorithm. Each process of the bookbinding data from design to result output is solidified, personnel operations are simplified, design difficulty is lowered, and a process is guaranteed to be controlled.
