The method and the device can solve the problems in the prior art that aiming at a working condition of no need of oil injection, unreasonable injection is caused by adoption of a mechanical piston nozzle for injecting; control on the piston cooling system is more accurate, thus saving emission and oil consumption; and the engine warming-up speed is promoted, the frictional loss of the engine in a working condition with high speed and low load can be reduced, and piston knocking noise in idling of the engine is reduced.
