Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, the composite semipermeable membranes of Patent Documents 1 to 4 do not have oxidant resistance (chlorine resistance) that can withstand long-term continuous operation at a chlorine concentration that can inhibit the growth of microorganisms (1 ppm or more as free chlorine concentration), In the case of using an oxidizing agent to sterilize microorganisms in water, the composite semipermeable membrane cannot be used

Embodiment 1

[0062] 3% by weight of N,N'-dimethyl-m-phenylenediamine, 0.15% by weight of sodium lauryl sulfate, 2.5% by weight of triethylamine, and 5% by weight of camphorsulfonic acid were dissolved in ethylene glycol to prepare an amine solution. Also, 0.2% by weight of trimesoyl chloride and 0.4% by weight of isophthaloyl chloride were dissolved in Exxsol D30 (manufactured by Exxon Mobil, distillation range 130 to 160°C, boiling point 148°C) to prepare an acid chloride solution. And, the amine solution covering layer is formed by applying the amine solution on the porous support and removing excess amine solution. Next, an acid chloride solution is applied to the surface of the amine solution coating layer. Afterwards, the excess solution was removed, and then kept in a hot air dryer at 100° C. for 5 minutes to form a skin layer containing a polyamide-based resin on the porous support, thereby producing a composite semipermeable membrane.

Embodiment 2

[0064] A composite semipermeable membrane was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that Naphtesol 160 (manufactured by JX Nippon Oil & Energy Co., Ltd., distillation range 157-179° C., boiling point 168° C.) was used instead of Exxsol D30 in Example 1.

Embodiment 3

[0066] A composite semipermeable membrane was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that Exxsol D40 (manufactured by Exxon Mobil, distillation range 147 to 199° C., boiling point 173° C.) was used instead of Exxsol D30 in Example 1.

Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a composite semipermeable membrane that has excellent oxidation resistance compared to the prior art; and a method for producing the composite semipermeable membrane. The method for producing a composite semipermeable membrane is characterized by: comprising a step in which an amine solution containing a polyfunctional amine component and an organic solution containing a polyfunctional acid halide component are brought into contact on a porous support body and a skin layer containing a polyamide resin is formed on the surface of the porous support body; the polyfunctional amine component containing N,N'-dimethylmetaphenylenediamine; and by the solvent of the organic solution being an organic solvent that has a boiling point of 130-250 DEG C.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a composite semipermeable membrane in which a skin layer containing a polyamide-based resin is formed on the surface of a porous support and a method for producing the same. Such a composite semipermeable membrane is suitable for the manufacture of ultrapure water, the desalination of salt water or seawater, etc., and can remove / recover the pollution sources contained therein from the pollutants caused by pollution such as printing and dyeing wastewater, electrodeposition coating wastewater, etc. or effectively Substances that contribute to the recycling of wastewater. In addition, it can be used for advanced treatments such as concentration of active ingredients in food applications, etc., and removal of harmful ingredients in water purification or sewage applications. In addition, it can be used for wastewater treatment in oil fields, shale gas fields, etc. Background technique [0002] At present, as a composite se...
