In the step of separation, purification, and propagation, powdery mildew bacteria from wild Chinese rose are transferred to leaves of tissue cultured seedlings of rosa odorata; powdery mildew bacteria from cultivated Chinese rose are transferred to leaves of tissue cultured seedlings of purple Chinese rose; 11 domestic identified host materials are chosen, after the step of separation, purification, and propagation, Chinese rose powdery mildew bacteria to be identified are inoculated on 11 domestic identified host materials, and the physiological race can be identified by comparing the physiological race with a comparison table.
