According to the needle recovery device, the needle holding assembly and the recovery pipe assembly, when the recovery pipe assembly gets close to the connector in the needle holder cylinder, a pair of clamping components fixes the connector and the piston rod component together, and then the first separation component separates the piston rod component from the internal recovery pipe; as a result, the compressed spring is released, and under the action of tensile force of the compressed spring, the piston rod component with the connector where a needle is fixed is recovered into the internal recovery pipe; and accordingly, accidental stabbing caused by the needle is prevented.
