According to the invention, most of the grounding electrode and the conductive electrode are isolated from the external air, thereby eliminating the corona discharge probability of the electrodes and improving the initial corona voltage and the dry flashover voltage; the ultraviolet rays and the rain water are shielded, so the wet flashover voltage is improved, and the pollution flashover probability is reduced; and the insulating parts of the upper accessory system, the lower accessory system and the intermediate accessory system can replace the sheds of the original insulator.
