The cleaning system further comprises a linkage rod (5), and the cleaning brush (1) and the wiper (3) are rotatably connected to both ends of the linkage rod (5), respectively. The cleaning brush (1) or the wiper (3) is connected with a drive mechanism; when the drive mechanism in operation, by means of a driving action of the linkage rod (5), the drive mechanism can drive the cleaning brush (1) and the wiper (3) to move synchronously toward or away from a garbage-transfer system.
