Problems solved by technology

[0006] Various measurement techniques of portal pressure are still affected by their own interference factors, or they are highly invasive, difficult to operate, or have many interference factors and large value variations
In addition, the main problems of research in this field at home and abroad are as follows: the scope of assessment is limited to the main portal vein, and the overall influence of the hepatic vein-portal system is not considered; only the hemodynamic factors of the portal vein are considered, and the blood of patients with cirrhosis is ignored. Rheological changes, such as changes in blood viscosity and a decrease in the deformability of red blood cells, contribute to an increase in portal resistance
[0007] At present, in the relevant reports at home and abroad, the diagnostic methods of portal hypertension, especially the early non-invasive diagnostic techniques, still need further research and improvement.

Embodiment

[0065] Embodiment: fluid dynamics simulation calculation vHVPG

[0066] In the fluid mechanics simulation module Fluent, set the material parameters: blood density = 1050kg / m 3 , blood viscosity = 0.005kg / m·s, blood vessel wall density = 1150kg / m 3 . Solve the control parameters (calculation step size, number of iterations, maximum number of cycles) and boundary conditions (blood flow velocity), simulate the "fluid-solid coupling" between the vessel wall and blood, and simulate the blood streamline distribution of FHVP and WHVP ( Figure 27 Figures A and B).

[0067] Through the analysis and calculation of the post-processing module, the virtual free hepatic venous pressure (vFHVP) and the virtual wedged hepatic venous pressure (vWHVP) were obtained as 730Pa and 3226Pa respectively ( Figure 27 Figure C and Figure D), calculate the difference between the two to get vHVPG = 2496Pa.

[0068] According to the pressure measured invasively during transjugular intrahepatic porto...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of early-stage non-invasive diagnosis and relates to a measurement method of a virtual hepatic vein pressure gradient. The measurement method of the virtual hepatic vein pressure gradient comprises the following steps: carrying out three-dimensional modeling on a hepatic vein-portal vein system; dividing a mathematical model by a finite element mesh; and calculating the virtual hepatic vein pressure gradient (vHVPG) by fluid mechanical emulation. The three-dimensional modeling of the vein-portal vein system, the finite element mesh division and the fluid mechanical emulation calculation are optimized and completed, and a vHVPG detection novel technology with better diagnosis advantages is constructed and identified; and a non-invasive manner which is safe and novel and can accurately measure is provided for the early-stage non-invasive diagnosis of patients with portal hypertension.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of early non-invasive diagnosis and relates to a method for measuring virtual hepatic vein pressure gradient. Background technique [0002] Globally, liver disease (viral infection, alcoholic liver disease, nonalcoholic fatty liver and related cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma) is one of the leading causes of death, and in China alone, liver disease threatens nearly 3 The health and lives of 100 million people, seriously exacerbating the global burden of disease. Take chronic liver disease caused by hepatitis B virus infection as an example. According to the report of the World Health Organization, about 2 billion people in the world have been infected with hepatitis B virus, of which 240 million people are chronic hepatitis B virus infected people, and about 650,000 people die of hepatitis B virus infection every year. Liver cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, etc. Among patients with liver cirrhosis worldwide, ...
