A transmission action of the coating material is actuated through the feed traction mechanism and the servo traction mechanism; an action of the hot sealing film coating mechanism is synchronized with a traction action; a main traction mechanism performs an interval traction motion; an auxiliary traction mechanism performs a continuous motion, and the traction speed is slightly quicker than the maximum instant speed of the main traction mechanism, but the traction force is slightly lower than the locking clamping force of the main traction mechanism; and the main traction and the auxiliary traction are used for effectively preventing the deviation of the coating material and the cutting error caused by thermal expansion and cold shrinkage of the coating material.
