Problems solved by technology

At present, the wind-water combined spray dedusting device most commonly used in mine shafts is based on the principle of using the atomized water flow to purify the dust-laden air flow to eliminate dust in the air flow, but the disadvantages of this method are: 1. The atomized water flow is scattered , and affected by the wind pressure and the end face of the roadway, the control range is limited, so the dust removal effect is poor; 2. The coverage is small, and it is easy to cause water accumulation in the roadway, which brings certain difficulties to the management of safety and quality standardization work

Embodiment Construction

[0028] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing.

[0029] like Figure 1 to Figure 5 As shown, a method for air-water combined spraying and dust removal on the machine-excavated working face in the roadway includes the following steps:

[0030] 1) A purification water curtain device 2 is installed 50-150m ahead of the excavation face 1; the purification water curtain device 2 is anchored to the roof 4 of the roadway with a bolt 3, and the distance between the purification water curtain device 2 and the bottom plate 5 of the roadway is not less than 2000mm.

[0031] 2), after the length of the excavation roadway exceeds 200 meters, a dust catcher 7 is installed at a place about 30m away from the return air outlet 6; an atomization device 8 is installed above the dust catcher 7;

[0032] 3), each water purification curtain device 2 and the bottom of the dust catcher 7 are provided with drains.

[0033] The purification wate...

Abstract

The invention discloses a wind and water combined spraying and dust removing method of a tunneling work face in a roadway. The method includes the following steps that firstly, purification water curtain devices (2) are installed 50-150 m away from the front head portion of the tunneling work face (1); the purification water curtain devices (2) are anchored to a roadway top plate (4) through anchor rods (3), and the distance between each purification water curtain device (2) and a roadway bottom plate (5) is not smaller than 2000 mm; secondly, after the length of the tunneling roadway is larger than 200 m, dust capturing nets (7) are installed 30 m away from air returning ports (6); atomizing devices (8) are installed above the dust capturing nets (7); thirdly, drainage ditches are arranged below the purification water curtain devices (2) and the dust capturing nets (7). Dust-containing wind flow in the mine roadway is purified, and dust can be eliminated in a full-coverage mode; meanwhile, arrangement of the dust capturing nets does not affect passage of persons in the roadway, the purified water flow is thoroughly discharged through the drainage ditches, and the discharged water can be recycled. The structure is simple, cost is saved, and assembly and disassembly are convenient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for removing dust in a roadway, in particular to a method for removing dust with wind and water combined with spraying on a machine-excavated working face in a roadway, and belongs to the technical field of underground dust removal. Background technique [0002] With the construction of coal mine safety and quality standardization, underground dust control management is becoming more and more important. With the continuous improvement of the mechanization of mining operations, the return air lane of the roadway is the main place of dust pollution in the daily production process of the mining face. At present, the wind-water combined spray dedusting device most commonly used in mine shafts is based on the principle of using the atomized water flow to purify the dust-laden air flow to eliminate dust in the air flow, but the disadvantages of this method are: 1. The atomized water flow is scattered , and affected by the wi...
