Embodiment 1
[0022] This embodiment is carried out in a circular culture pond with an area of 12.56m 2 , the water depth is 1m, a total of 6 culture ponds, divided into 2 groups, respectively, the experimental group and the control group. The initial indicators of water quality in the breeding pond are shown in Table 1. The tested algae, Synedra FACHB-1131, were purchased from the Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The CSI medium was selected as the basis for the test. The culture conditions were 25°C, t(light):t(dark)=12h:12h, and the light intensity was 3000lx. The algae were cultivated in the CSI medium to the logarithmic growth phase and set aside.
