Abstract

The method is characterized in that astragalus seeds are pretreated before germination by spraying a pretreatment liquid to surfaces of the astragalus seeds, wherein the pretreatment liquid is prepared from, by weight, 60-70% of a plant growth regulating agent, 5-10% of a sterilizing agent, 9-13% of a pesticide and 10-20% of traditional Chinese medicine liquid. The pretreatment method is simple, easy to operate and free of pollution, germination rate of the astragalus seeds can be increased remarkably, and high economic benefits are achieved. By adoption of the sterilizing agent and the pesticide, pest and disease damages can be reduced in a planting process of the astragalus seeds, and astragalus seed germination can be accelerated by soaking in 3% H2O2 after sanding treatment. By adoption of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid, efficacy of astragalus can be enhanced, and body immunity can be remarkably improved.
