Abstract

The invention discloses a miniature flat double-magnetic-circuit driving motor which comprises a housing, a rotor assembly and a stator assembly, wherein the rotor assembly and the stator assembly are arranged in the housing. The housing comprises a first housing and a second housing which are buckled with each other. The rotor assembly comprises the components of a first bearing which is arranged at the inner bottom surface of the first housing, a second bearing which is arranged at the inner bottom surface of the second housing, a rotating shaft of which one end is connected with the first bearing and the other end is connected with the second bearing, and a coil rotor which sleeves the rotating shaft. The stator assembly comprises first magnetic steel which is fixed to the first bearing, second magnetic steel and a first circuit board, wherein the second magnetic steel and the first circuit board are successively fixed to the second bearing from top to bottom in the axial direction, and an electric brush of which one end is fixed to the first circuit board and is electrically connected with the first circuit board, wherein the other end of the electric brush elastically and slidably contacts with the coil rotor. The first magnetic steel and the second magnetic steel generate two closed magnetic circuit loops. After the coil rotor is energized, the coil rotor generates a magnetic circuit with a reactor force, thereby making the coil rotor rotate and generating a driving force. The double-magnetic-circuit structure has advantages of greatly improving magnetic field utilization rate, improving effective magnetic property and reducing energy consumption.
