The transmission mechanism comprises a primary gear transmission mechanism, a worm gear and worm mechanism, a secondary driving gear, a releasing gear, and an output transmission mechanism which successively transmit rotary torque. The releasing gear is provided with a ratchet mechanism which controls an output rotation angle and a stopping releasing function by using a movable tooth-profile ratchet. A releasing gear transmission shaft is disposed in the support. The releasing gear is fixedly installed on the releasing gear transmission shaft. Both ends of the releasing gear transmission shaft are connected with the stopping mechanism and the auxiliary switch change-over mechanism respectively.
