Abstract

The invention discloses a risk assessment method for HIFU treatment equipment based on inverse heat conduction, comprising the following steps: (1) measuring the temperature change of a simulated human body soft tissue, and presetting the position of a focal region; (2) determining the accurate position of an ultrasound beam through inverse conduction optimization; (3) determining the temperature distribution inside and outside the focal region: determining the temperature change of the simulated human body soft tissue according to the actual focusing position (xf, yf, zf) of the ultrasound beam, and further, determining the temperature distribution inside and outside the focal region and getting the ultrasonic power distribution within the tissue; and (4) getting a risk assessment conclusion: comparing the value of temperature distribution inside and outside the focal region with a standard value or a safety value, judging that the equipment can continue being used in clinic if the value of temperature distribution inside and outside the focal region accords with the standard value or is within the scope of the safety value, or judging that the equipment needs maintenance. The ultrasonic beam is prevented from being directly irradiated on a thermocouple, the influence of heating of the thermocouple on tissue temperature measurement is mitigated, the precision of temperature measurement is improved, and the cost of risk assessment is lowered.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical equipment maintenance, in particular to a risk assessment method for HIFU treatment equipment based on reverse heat conduction. Background technique [0002] High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) is a focused ultrasound source composed of unit transducers or multi-transducer arrays. A therapeutic system that concentrates energy on the target tissue on the body surface, causing its coagulation necrosis (or instantaneous inactivation). Its treatment principle is mainly to use the thermal effect generated by high-intensity ultrasound focused on biological tissue to instantly raise the tissue in the focal area to 60-100 °C, resulting in protein denaturation and irreversible coagulation necrosis of tissue cells. Injured, coagulated necrotic tissue can be gradually absorbed or scarred. [0003] HIFU has been clinically used for local palliative treatment of breast tumors, extremity and superficial tissue tum...
