Abstract

The invention provides a leveling device which comprises a leveling roller set. The leveling roller set comprises lower press rollers and upper press rollers which are arranged in parallel, the intervals between the adjacent upper press rollers are different, and the lower press rollers and the upper press rollers are staggered. The upper press rollers are assembled on a rack and controlled by hydraulic cylinders to be driven up and down. The hydraulic cylinders are arranged on the rack and connected with the upper press rollers. The leveling device further comprises a drive motor used for driving the upper press rollers and the lower press rollers to rotate and controlled through a control box. By the adoption of the leveling device, the upper press rollers and the lower press rollers are arranged at different intervals, so that the upper press rollers and the lower press rollers are stressed in a balanced manner in the steel roll leveling process. Under the condition that a steel roll receives the same force moment, the stress of the upper press roller and the lower press roller at the inlet end is reduced, and the problem that an upper press roller and a lower press roller at the inlet end are likely to break down is solved. In addition, the upper press rollers are adjusted through the hydraulic cylinders, the gaps between the upper press rollers and the lower press rollers can be adjusted conveniently, and the requirements for leveling steel rolls of different thicknesses can be met.
