A high-density organic shrimp culturing technology comprises the followings steps of (1) pouring water into a culturing pond, adding biological bacteria-resistant agent and starting an oxygen machine, (2) placing No.1 biological agent, No.2 biological agent and No.3 biological agent into the water, (3) extracting diatom water in the culturing pond to prepare a shrimp sprout test, (4) extracting diatom water in the culturing pond after salinity comparison is right and placing the shrimp sprouts into a container for 10 minutes to determine motility of the shrimp sprouts, (5) first opening a bottom culturing machine before the shrimp sprouts are placed into the culturing pond, then stopping the circulating oxygen machine, (6) feeding fodder for 15 days, (7) processing a spare culturing pond according to the (1) and (2) steps before developed seedlings are placed into the spare culturing pond, (8) after water processing, extracting diatom water in the spare culturing pond to prepare a shrimp sprout test to determine whether motility of the shrimp sprouts is normal after 10 minutes' preparing test and then placing the shrimp sprouts into the pond, (9) during developed seedlings culturing, maintaining the culturing water body between diatom water and green alga water, and at a long-term diatom water state.
