Because the direct automatic recognition of the road condition event through the road surface image is liable to be wrong, the method further employs vehicle running information. For example, the above vehicle running information is very likely to happen when there is a foreign matter if the severe braking and anti-collision early warning information is obtained at the same time, thereby indicating that the possibility that there is a foreign matter at a road segment is high, and confirming that the suspected road condition event is a reliable road condition event based on the above.
