The invention discloses an anti-wrinkle eye cream and a preparation method thereof. The eye cream is prepared from an A-phase raw material, a B-phase raw material and a C-phase raw material, wherein the A-phase raw material comprises, by weight percent, 3% of white oil 36#, 2% of monooctadecyl glycerin monostearate, 5% of 16-18 alcohol, 5% of tea oil, 0.1% of propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 0.2% of methyl parahydroxybenzoats, 2% of DC-350 silicone oil and 3% of A165; the B-phase raw material comprises, by weight percent, 54% of deionized water, 10% of glycerinum, 0.2% ofxanthan gum, 0.5% of magnesium aluminum silicate and 5% of PEG-400; and the C-phase raw material comprises, by weight percent, 10% of peel enzyme concentrate as a C-phase raw material.
