Problems solved by technology

This method has the following several defects: 1. Fibers are artificially added with softening sesame oil and the oiling is uneven; 2. The production efficiency of fiber artificial oiling is low; 3. When artificial oiling (such as softening sesame oil) is carried out in the air, some softening sesame oil It will volatilize into the atmosphere, which will not only cause the loss of flaxseed oil, but also cause air pollution

Embodiment Construction

[0025] The principles and features of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The examples are only used to explain the present invention, but not to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0026] like figure 1 As shown, a front view of an automatic oil-wet baling device for hemp fibers includes a cyclone separator 1, a hemp hopper 2 and a baler 3, and the cyclone separator 1 includes a feed port, a discharge port and an air outlet. Both the upper and lower ends of the hemp hopper 2 are open, the hemp fiber to be treated enters from the feed port of the cyclone separator 1, and the discharge end of the cyclone separator 1 is sealed and connected to the upper port of the hemp hopper 2, And the discharge port of the cyclone separator 1 is located in the upper port of the hemp hopper 2, the lower port of the hemp hopper 2 is sealed with the feed port of the baler 3, and the hemp hopper is sealed. A plurality of atomizing dev...

Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic oil-wetting and baling device for hemp fibers. The automatic oil-wetting and baling device comprises a cyclone separator, a hemp falling hopper and a baler. Upper and lower ends of the hemp falling hopper are opened. Hemp fibers to be processed enter from a feeding port of the cyclone separator. A discharge end of the cyclone separator is connected with an upper end opening of the hemp falling hopper in a sealing manner and located in the upper end opening of the hemp falling hopper. A lower end opening of the hemp falling hopper is connected with a feeding port of the baler. Multiple atomizing devices are arranged on the side walls of the hemp falling hopper in a penetrating mode. The air outlet of the cyclone separator is used for outwardly exhausting separated air. The automatic oil-wetting and baling device for hemp fibers has following beneficial effects: when hemp fibers fall down into the hemp falling hopper, sprayers of the multiple atomizing devices are used for oiling fibers such that a uniform-oiling effect is achieved; loss of dispersing an oil agent is avoided because operation is performed in the enclosed hemp falling hopper during an overall oiling process; meanwhile, pollution to the environment is minimized; intensity of manual labor is decreased; manual cost is reduced; and production efficiency is raised.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to an automatic oil-wet packing device for hemp fibers. Background technique [0002] Hemp fibers (such as hemp fibers, ramie fibers, flax fibers, etc.) must be treated with oil (soft sesame oil) before spinning, which is conducive to improving spinning efficiency and improving yarn product quality. The traditional refueling method is to manually refuel the hemp fibers and then enter the hemp bucket through the cyclone separator, and then enter the baler for baling. This method has the following defects: 1. The fiber is artificially added with soft sesame oil and the oil is uneven; 2. The production efficiency of artificial fiber oil is low; 3. The artificial oil (such as soft sesame oil) is carried out in the air, and some soft sesame oil It will volatilize into the atmosphere, not only causing the loss of soft sesame oil, but also causing air pollution.
